Wang loyalty card is treated as quasi cash and can be used for any purchases made at any participating Wang Café outlets.
6. Does Wang Loyalty Card have an expiry date?
All Wang Loyalty Cards are valid for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase. This period will automatically be renewed for 2 years upon each top-up of the Wang Loyalty Card. Upon expiry, all unused balance will be forfeited.
7. Where can I check the balance value and expiry date of my Wang Loyalty Card?
You can check the balance and expiry date of your card at any participating Wang Café outlets. This information is also shown on the receipt when purchases are made with the card.
8. What do I do if I lost the Wang Loyalty Card?
As the loyalty card is treated as quasi cash, it is non-replaceable and non-refundable when lost.
9. What do I do if the Wang Loyalty Card is damaged?
Visit any Wang Café outlets and fill up the Faulty Report Form. Your damaged card must be returned with the completed form to any Wang Café outlets. The replacement card will be sent to you within 14 working days.
10. Can I use multiple Wang Loyalty Cards at the same time?
No, only 1 loyalty card can be used for each transaction.
11. Can I combine the stored value of multiple cards into a single card?
No, each loyalty card is unique and the value cannot be combined.
12. Can I have a refund if I do not want the card anymore?
There will be strictly no refunds of the stored value.
13. Can I have a refund of the card after it expires?
Upon expiry, all unused balance will be forfeited.
